6. The report keystrokes section does not record any thing and my Windows login is only in the report passwords section.
Probably your Remote Keylogger is deactivated by some anti-virus or anti-spyware
software because last time some anti-virus and anti-spyware software developers
(e.g. McAfee and others) add anti-keylogging technology to their products as well.
So you need to reinstall Remote Keylogger once again. Please apply to our Support
to receive instruction about how to remove and reinstall SLK.
Then you will need to add SLK to exclusion list (i.e. list of allowed applications) of your
anti-virus or anti-spyware software to avoid such deactivation in future.

To change existent password you have to run Remote Keylogger Control Center, click to
Security Options tab and click to Change
button. Then enter old password and assign new.

You have to run Remote Keylogger Control Center , click to Help

12. Remote Keylogger is in stealth mode and hot-key does not work. How can I start Control Center now?
Well probably your hot-key does not work for some reasons. You need to assign and test another hot-key combination.
To start program Control Center without hot-key you need to run setup.exe file
(from Remote Keylogger install package) with /cc key as below:
click Start button
choose and click Run item
click Browse button
find setup.exe file
click Open button
point cursor to the end of setup.exe file name within command line box
add one space and enter key: /cc
click OK to start Control Center
go to Security Options tab and re-assign new hot-key combination
click Apply button to save new settings
Now switch program to visible mode to test new combination. If it work normally, switch program to stealth mode again. Otherwise try to assign new hot-key combination.
13. I forgot my Remote Keylogger password. What do I do now?
Because of very strong protection and complete invisibility of all Remote Keylogger files you have to

15. What is SMTP mail server and where can I find it?
SMTP Server is a server that our program would use to connect to in order to send out report.
If you don't know exactly what SMTP mail server is appropriated for your
specified email address (To: address), you can use special web-based on-line tool for that.
Just enter your email address within this below on-line form to get
appropriated SMTP mail server (or list of servers).
16. Why Remote Keylogger does not install on my Windows 98/ME computer?
